For nearly two decades, the Florence Crittenton Agency has been guided by the dedicated leadership of Nancy Christian. After 19 plus years of service, Nancy has announced her retirement, marking the conclusion of an extraordinary chapter in the agency’s history. Throughout her tenure, Nancy’s commitment to supporting vulnerable youth and families helped strengthen the organization’s mission and expand its impact across the community.

Under Nancy’s leadership, the agency experienced significant program growth, strengthened partnerships with community organizations, and expanded its capacity to serve young people facing complex challenges. She championed trauma-informed care, helped secure critical funding and resources, and fostered a culture of compassion and accountability among staff. Her vision and steady leadership have helped position the agency as a trusted provider of residential treatment and supportive services in the region.

While we will deeply miss Nancy’s daily presence, we celebrate the lasting legacy she leaves behind. The programs, partnerships, and dedicated team she helped cultivate will continue to carry the mission forward.
