Facilities
Located on 26 wooded acres overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains, the Florence Crittenton Agency's Knoxville campus serves as a home for our inpatient and outpatient programs. Six buildings house academic and recreation facilities for residential clients, as well as clinical and administrative offices for inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs.

Main Entrance Located at 1531 Dick Lonas Road, our Main Entrance greets visitors to the FCA campus. |

Building A (Training, Foster Care) FCA's staff training operations take place in Building A, with dedicated classroom space and related facilities providing professional development, continuing education, and mandatory safety and job-performance training for administrative, clinical, and educational staff. The building also provides office space for staff in several agency campus- and community-based programs, including Crittenton Foster Care. (Back to Map) |

Building B (Level II Residential) Building B serves as a residential facility for adolescents in FCA's Crittenton Residential Services program, providing 32 Level II beds for girls ages 13 to 18 with moderate to severe emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse issues. |

Building C (Administration) Offices for FCA's finance, human resources, clinical administration, maintenance, and development staff, as well as the campus's main reception area and visitor check-in, are located in Building C. Additionally, Building C houses two conference rooms and the campus's dining hall and gymnasium. |

Building D (Level III Residential) Building D is a two-level residential structure serving teenage clients in our Youth Summit of Recovery inpatient substance abuse treatment program. Building D provides a total of 20 Level III beds in separate facilities for male and female adolescents. |

Building E (Square One,Outpatient Services) Building E is home to FCA's inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling services, including the Square One Intensive Outpatient Program. Facilities include therapists' offices, spaces for group therapy, and a large conference room. |

Building F (New Pathways Academy) Building F is the principal facility for FCA's on-campus school, New Pathways Academy. Classrooms, faculty offices, a library and computer lab, and recreation facilities serving FCA's Level II clients are all housed in Building F (separate facilities for Level III clients are located in Building D). |

Ropes Course One of FCA's most unique assets, our on-campus Ropes Course provides both high- and low-ropes elements as well as a 40-foot climbing tower. |

Pavilion Located in the center of campus, the Pavilion provides a covered outdoor meeting space for residential program activities as well as outside groups using our campus and facilities. |

Dining Hall One of the facilities contained within Building C, our Dining Hall and commercial kitchen provide daily meal service for residential clients, visitors, volunteers, and FCA staff. |

Gymnasium FCA's Gymnasium features a regulation-size basketball court. Located in Building C, the gym is utilized for client physical education and recreation activities, and is periodically made available for use by community groups and others visiting our campus. |
